Thank you for shopping with UsedBuy.Club. We deal in refurbished laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and accessories. Since these are pre-owned products, our return policy is designed to provide fair protection to both our customers and our business. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Policy


 

1. Warranty & Testing Period

  • All our products come with a 15 Days Testing Warranty from the date of delivery.

  • This warranty covers functional issues only (i.e., if the product stops working or does not perform as described).

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental damage caused by the customer (e.g., drops, cracks, dents, physical damage).

    • Water damage, fire damage, misuse, or tampering with the product.

    • Normal wear and tear or issues caused by third-party software/hardware modifications.

2. Damage or Defective Products on Arrival

  • Customers must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.

  • If the product is damaged or not working on arrival, you must raise a complaint within 24–48 hours of receiving the product by contacting our support team with proof (photos/videos).

  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is genuinely defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • If no complaint is raised within the 48-hour window, the product will be considered as delivered in good condition.

3. Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered, along with original packaging, box, accessories, invoice, and warranty card (if any).

    • Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or tampering will not be accepted for return.

  • All returns are subject to inspection by our technical team before approval.

4. Shipping & Return Charges

  • If a return is approved for a genuine defect/damage, shipping charges will be borne by us.

  • If a customer requests a return/cancellation after placing an order and making payment, then:

    • Standard cancellation charges will be deducted.

    • Shipping charges for both delivery and return (two-way shipping) will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after return approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to customer negligence.

  • Items returned without original accessories or packaging.

  • Products reported after the 15-day testing warranty period.

  • Software-related issues, password locks, or data loss.

6. Important Notes

  • Testing warranty means the product is guaranteed to function as intended for 15 days. After this period, the customer accepts full responsibility for any repairs or maintenance.

  • We do not provide replacement for new models, only like-for-like refurbished replacements or repairs where applicable.

  • Customers are advised to make an unboxing video while opening the package, as it helps resolve any disputes about damage on arrival.

  • By purchasing from our website, the customer agrees to abide by these return and refund policies.
